Tell us about your project

Share a few details. Every build is different, so we’ll review your goals, timeline, and constraints and come back with a clear next step: a quick call or a written estimate, plus a suggested delivery approach. Final pricing follows a short discovery.

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions about our process, timelines, and how quoting works. If you don’t see yours here, send a message and we’ll reply fast.

What happens after I submit the form?

We review your request and reply with clear next steps. Depending on complexity, we’ll either (1) ask a couple of targeted questions, (2) propose a short discovery call, or (3) send a written estimate and delivery approach. If it’s a strong fit, we align on scope, timeline, and a lightweight kickoff plan.

How fast will you reply?

Typically within 1–2 business days. For urgent requests, mention “urgent” in your message and include a deadline so we can confirm availability quickly.

Do you offer fixed-price/time-and-materials?

Both. Fixed-price works best when scope is stable and clearly defined. Time-and-materials is ideal for evolving products, R&D, or when you want flexibility and rapid iteration. We’ll recommend the pricing model that reduces risk for your specific project.

How do you handle confidentiality and NDAs?

Confidentiality is the default. We can sign an NDA before any sensitive details are shared. Client identities remain private unless explicitly agreed, and confidential projects may be referenced using internal “case file” names instead of company names or logos.

Do you provide ongoing maintenance and support?

Yes. We can stay on for maintenance, performance tuning, security updates, on-call support, and continuous improvements. Support can be set up as a lightweight monthly retainer or as flexible hours, depending on how critical the system is.

What industries do you have experience in?

Across multiple domains, with strong experience in production backends, data platforms, internal tools, and security-focused delivery. If your industry has special constraints (compliance, audit trails, SLAs), mention them and we’ll align the approach accordingly.

Can you start urgently?

Sometimes, yes. It depends on current workload and the type of work needed. If we can reprioritize the schedule to start sooner, an urgency fee may apply to cover studio schedule rearrangements. Share your deadline and we’ll confirm availability, options, and tradeoffs quickly.

Do you work with existing codebases and legacy systems?

Yes. We regularly take over and improve existing systems: stabilizing production issues, reducing technical debt, modernizing architecture, improving observability, and making delivery predictable again. The first step is usually a short audit to identify the highest-impact fixes.

What information do you need for an accurate estimate?

The most helpful inputs are: goals, target users, must-have features, current system (if any), integrations, constraints (security/compliance), timeline, and preferred engagement model (fixed vs T&M). Links to designs, specs, or repos are welcome, but not required.

Can you integrate third-party tools and APIs?

Absolutely. We integrate payment providers, CRMs, analytics, auth/SSO, messaging, and custom external APIs. We focus on reliable integrations with good error handling, observability, and safe rollout practices to avoid surprises in production.

Who will I be working with day-to-day?

You’ll work directly with the founder and principal engineer, who owns delivery end-to-end. When a project benefits from extra capacity, we scale through a trusted network of specialists while keeping a single technical lead and a clear point of accountability.

What does “discovery” include and why is it important?

Discovery is a short alignment phase that turns ideas into a buildable plan. It typically covers goals, scope boundaries, architecture and risks, integration mapping, delivery milestones, and a realistic estimate. It reduces rework and makes timelines and costs far more predictable.
